How quickly can I arrange for service?
We know that when care at home is needed, the need is often immediate. Ideally, we prefer to have time to perform an in-home consultation which allows us to establish a plan of care that will best meet the patient’s needs. However, we can arrange for same day care when necessary.
How much does the service cost?
As a rule, Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Administration, and private insurance providers cover home health care services.
Are your home health services covered through Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance?

How are your staff members screened?
Each person who expresses an interest in joining the Patients First Home Care team undergoes a thorough interview process where we assess training, certification, skill level, experience, and personality type, to ensure the individual is fully equipped to provide the highest possible level of care for clients. Upon hire, we run full background checks according to state and federal regulations, followed by an in-depth orientation training.

What if my home health professional is sick and cannot make it to my house?
We have a full staff of highly trained nurses and therapists and can provide a back-up care provider should your regular provider be unavailable.
